The Vaillant ecoTEC plus gas boiler impresses with its advanced condensing technology, guaranteeing an efficient and reliable heating system in both single-family and multi-family homes. Thanks to its intelligent IoniDetect combustion control, combustion is automatically adapted to various types and qualities of natural gas.

The technology ensures that the heating system operates optimally at all times and is ideally prepared for upcoming changes in the gas supply – such as the transition from L-gas to H-gas. With this system, you receive a sustainable and future-proof solution.

Sustainable energy solutions

The gas boiler is designed not only for operation with conventional natural gas, but also for alternative energy sources such as biogas and hydrogen. The system operates efficiently with a mixture of up to 20% hydrogen or 100% biogas. A later conversion to 100% hydrogen is possible and complies with the H2 Ready requirements of the German Building Energy Act.

This concept makes it possible to use gas as a bridging technology in a meaningful way, while at the same time paving the way for a more sustainable and lower-emission future.

Versatile range of applications

The Vaillant ecoTEC plus gas boiler is ideally suited for various building types. Whether as a central heating system in single-family homes or as individual floor heating in multi-family homes – its flexible application options make the system a future-proof solution for diverse uses.

In larger buildings, it can be integrated as a cascade system with a capacity of up to 120 kW, thus reliably covering even larger heat demands.

Integrated hot water preparation

The ecoTEC plus is available in various versions, allowing you to choose between a heating-only unit and combination units with integrated hot water preparation. The option of a flow-through system or a 20-liter stratified storage tank offers flexibility even in challenging room layouts.

Individual hot water requirements can thus be optimally met – be it for households with space-saving installation options or for systems with higher hot water demand, which can be supplemented by external wall-mounted storage tanks.

The wall-mounted actoSTOR stratified storage tank offers high hot water comfort in a compact space. The patented ActoNomic stratification charging system enables the continuous heating and efficient stratification of small amounts of water, ensuring a constant supply of hot water.

With up to 50% more power than conventional storage tanks of the same size, this hot water storage tank is the ideal complement to modern gas condensing boilers and ensures an attractive appearance in living areas such as the kitchen and bathroom.

Modern operating concept and app control

The gas boiler's clean design and illuminated touchscreen display significantly simplify intuitive operation. All relevant settings can be easily adjusted via the graphical control panel, providing added convenience, especially in everyday use.

An optional internet module is available, enabling remote control via app. With the myVAILLANT app, you have full control over your heating system anytime, anywhere, including temperature zones and schedules – offering added flexibility and user-friendliness.

The sensoCOMFORT VRC 720/3 heating controller perfectly complements the overall system and impresses with its adaptive heating curve and functions such as weekly planner, absence detection, and ventilation functions. These technical features enable precise and convenient control of the heating and hot water system.

With touch controls and the option for modular system expansion, the controller adapts flexibly to future requirements. The integrated control of other components, such as hybrid systems and even Vaillant ventilation units, creates a holistic solution for modern living comfort and energy efficiency.
